Central Ladies Mini Camp

Time: 6:00-8:00pm
Location: DFW Roller Sports (Fort Worth Rink)
Ages: 13+ (11 and 12 will be allowed if skill level is high)
Cost: $5.00
Primary Focus: To get all girls in the central region together and work on skating, drills, shooting, and game play.
Central Ladies Main Camp
Date: March 16, 2009 – CANCELED
Time: 9:30am-12:00pm & 2:00-4:30pm
Location: DFW Roller Sports (Fort Worth Rink)
Ages: 13+ (11 and 12 will be allowed if skill level is high)
Cost: $25.00
Primary Focus: To educate all girls in the central region in all aspects of hockey including: skate, passing, shooting, and game play.
Schedule:

9:30-10:30: warm-up/skating drills (player run, individual stick handling)
10:30-11:30: Passing, Shooting Drills
11:30-12:00: Skating, Cool Down, Stretching
12:00-2:00: Lunch @ pre-determined place (possible discount?)
2:00-2:30: Tactical Discussion (dressed)
2:30-3:00: Run Tactics
3:00-4:00: Games
4:00-4:30: Q&A
