The changes are marked in blue. Take a look and feel free to comment. Also, prepare any notes or questions about them because they will be discussed at this year’s coaches meeting at Nationals. It’s also a good idea to notate the difference/changes since our rule book tends to follow suite with the international rule book.
The are PDF files, so if you don’t have Acrobat Reader, you really need to get it. There are just too many files out there on the internet that are in PDF format, so it’s just a good program to have installed. And yes, it is free.
