USA Rink Hockey

To be considered for the USA National Team, an athlete must attend all camps and the National Championships.

National Team – 16 floor players and 4 goal keepers shall be selected.

Training Camp Dates in 2008:

• January 18, 19, & 20 in Salt Lake City, Utah at Xanadu Skate Center. Arrival will be Thursday, January 17, meeting at 8:00 PM. Departure will be January 20 after 2:00 PM.
• April 11, 12, & 13 in Burlington, Washington. Arrival will be Thursday, April 10, meeting at 8:00 P.M. Departure on April 13, after 4:00 PM.
• Note – There will be no training camp on July 4 and 5 as previously announced, but there may be one on July 11 at the
  close of Nationals and on Saturday, July 12. The decision will be made by April 15.

The National Team will play 2 or 3 games in the World Class Division at Nationals.

USA World Team – Final player selection of 8 floor players, 2 alternates, and 2 goal keepers, and 1 alternate, shall be selected on Friday, July 11, 2008.

2008 Men’s World Championships – The Men’s World “B” Championships will be in Johannesburg, South Africa, October 25-November 1, 2008.
